We want you to be completely satisfied with your secret door. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee for non-defective items.

Return Process

    Request Authorization

    Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Unit

    Securely repack the door in its original crate or packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup

    Coordinate with our freight partner for a scheduled curbside pickup of the return shipment.

  • 4.
    Inspection & Refund

    Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
