Curbside Delivery

• Residential deliveries are curbside only, which means that the palletized product is delivered to the curb outside of your home or at the end of the driveway.
• Palletized product is delivered by a single driver on a full-size freight truck with a hydraulic liftgate.
• Someone must be present to accept the shipment
• The driver will not be able to move the palletized product into the garage or the home.

For insurance reasons, freight companies will not allow drivers to back into any driveways, dirt roads or other out-of-the-ordinary lanes, paved or unpaved. If the delivery point is too far from the installation or storage area, you must make arrangements to meet the driver and transfer the material to another vehicle. Freight drivers will only transfer product from the trailer to the person accepting the shipment.

NOTE: Neither the freight carrier nor Murphy Door will be responsible for any missing or damaged material after the shipment is off-loaded from the freight carrier and the delivery receipt signed.
